MB at EXCON 2017
MB has been a key player in the fields of crushing, demolition and recycling. At EXCON 2017, MB India will organise a real demonstration area with its machine working. Visitors will have the opportunity to understand which kind of solutions MB Crusher attachments can bring to their respective construction sites. Visitors will also have the opportunity to see the company’s recently launched S4 series for BF90.3 bucket crusher at work. “Our product is itself a breakthrough for the mobile crushing industry, going beyond traditional mobile crushing units with a much lower CAPEX while at the same time meeting the performance parameters of alternate solutions,” says Piero Guizzetti, CEO, MB India.
MB Crusher’s presence has enabled it to establish and strengthen a relationship of trust with its customers. The company believes that participation at EXCON represents an important opportunity for visitors to become acquainted with high quality MB products.
Unique features of MB’s BF90.3 bucket crusher
Produced and patented, the BF90.3 was the first crusher bucket in the world ever made, claims Guizzetti. He adds, “Designed to resist the most challenging conditions on any site, the BF90.3 – extremely compact and versatile – has been updated and made more powerful over the years.”
In particular this model has been optimised to allow:
• An increase in productivity, thanks to a functional restyling of the internal structure of the machine which allows for an increase in productive performance, strength and improved reliability in terms of stability and working precision.
• Increased options for the regulation of materials in output.
• A reduction in standard maintenance time thanks to an integrated centralised greasing system.
• Increased resistance and performance, even in the most extreme operational conditions, thanks to higher levels of power and the strengthening of parts and sections subject to the most stress and wear.
Made for customers’ benefits
Commenting on the new announcements expected from MB during EXCON 2017, Guizzetti said, “Our hardest effort is to inform about a completely new concept of crushing, never seen before and to make people understand the great advantages in terms of savings, without forgetting the environmental sustainability which is becoming increasingly important.”
There are times when a customer is out in the field and does not have room for an entire crushing and screening plant. MB crusher attachments are claims to be ideal solutions in these types of scenario. Scarcity of space is not a limitation for MB, rather a normal working condition. “Customers can save time and money out in the field by using just a skid loader or an excavator. And once the job is done, they can move their MB machines and its crushing capabilities wherever else it is required, thereby avoiding downtime and increasing ROI,” Guizzetti informs.
Visitors will give special attention to MB buckets used for crushing inert materials that will be subsequently used to form the stabilised pavement for road foundations, or more commonly referred to as GSB. In fact, many companies in India have already chosen the MB crusher bucket as a must-have tool for their daily operations, claims Guizzetti.
