Wirtgen Slipform Pavers SP15 and SP 25 are distinctive for high degree of flexibility and broad range of applications in the production of different concrete profiles viz: crash barriers, curb & Gutter, drains (trapezoidal, ‘U’ profile, ‘V’ drains) retaining walls etc.

The SP 15 and 25 set new standards as multipurpose machine for offset concrete applications. The compact machines with its heavy duty design, exceptional manoeuvrability, highly flexible arrangement of mould & track units, with variety of set up options makes the machine adaptable to most jobsite conditions resulting in unrivalled operating efficiency.`

The SP15 and SP25 are designed to be compact and minimise jobsite space requirements and ensure smooth and convenient transport. The machines are capable of producing profiles of most diverse geometries, to comply with various national standards or can be customised to create nearly any given shape. The modular design of the pavers using standard interfaces enables easy mounting of the different moulds. The pavers are operated from an ergonomically designed operator’s platform, depending on the application the operator’s console it can be located on the left or right side of the machine to provide the operator with the optimal view of the controls, construction site and machine functions.

These machines are tested and proven for its highly defined performance in India at  various prestigious projects such as Yamuna expressway, Ranchi Ring Road, NH roads between Hyderabad – Vijayawada and in the states of Bihar, Tamil Nadu etc. to name a few.
