How is your company addressing the need of the PEB companies? 

Keeping social distancing in mind SDHP Fasteners offers on-site expertise and guidance to its clients on the correct choice and usage of the screw. Finer aspects such as the precise installation of the end product using different methods including drilling is also pointed out. We also get information on fasteners design, building regulation for PEB construction and likewise keep ourselves updated on market needs. 

Could you tell us about your distributorship/dealer network? 

SDHP has distributors in every state of India who work in symbiosis with the local dealers. SDHP Fasteners are available at most of the hardware shops, profile sheet dealers, nut/bolt and hand tool dealers across India. Our products are made available in some of the most rural parts of India as well. 

How are you managing your after-sales operations and consultancy in current times? 

We do offer comprehensive on-site sales service to our clients keeping social distancing in mind. We educate them on the correct choice of screw, where and how they should be used, and how to drill and drive correctly. In the online mode, we do offer consultancy in the form of videos apart from written instructions, demo packages, brochures and sample boards to help with the selection, usage, installation and maintenance of SDHP Fasteners. 

What is SDHP’s manufacturing infrastructure and capacity? 

SDHP’s manufacturing infrastructure is vast and comprises an efficient 3000 Sq. mtrs., manufacturing area. In addition to that 4,500 Sq. mtr., packaging and warehouse facility is also available. The manufacturing capacity is approximately 600 metric tons per month. 

What are some of the special features of SDHP Fasteners and Roofing screws? 

The products are manufactured in Taiwan in a facility that is governed by AS3566 standards. A thorough attention is given to details and ensure the products are world-class. This is possible because during the production process, no corners are cut and strict quality control procedures are followed. This is also our way of offering not just sound products but also a sound customer service. 

What is your market presence like, where are your products used? 

Apart from our international presence in Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and Myanmar, we are a well-known entity among mid-level and major PEB companies. We also cater to roofing fabricators and roofing companies in India. Major logistical considerations and capital-intensive mobilisation costs as one would face with stationary crushers for example. 

We are optimistic about the India growth story and will continue in believing so. Considering the massive budgetary support announced by the present government and the pace at which the work is being executed in India.
