Atarw Technologies is a B2B specialist company.How are you are going to add more value for the infrastructure sector?
Atarw Technologies is Aftermarket Specialist offerings both products and services along with Consulting. With focus on three key drivers of transformative aftermarket change: modernise aftermarket system infrastructure, advance customer care and empower aftermarket service teams to deliver world-class customer experience.

But why aftermarket?
We at Atarw feel that the day of Generic offerings is long gone by. If one has to survive, one needs to be a Specialist. We have chosen this field as we feel this is one area which not many IT consulting, IT system integrating companies have identified as a niche area. They have never worked here and we find that there is a wide space and we can provide solutions. That is the reason why we are here.

What are solutions you provide to this sector?
We provide complete Aftermarket Solutions for a product in automotive and construction equipment through its entire lifecycle. Our product named AM-ERP together with professional services and consulting services take care of entire value chain for our customers. In AM-ERP, our services include parts, service, remanufacturing, field service management, aftermarket ERP, float management, special tools management, e-learning and bay management systems.

On services side, we provide our engineers who are experts in areas of warranty management which consists of warranty audits, warranty process improvements, warranty process definitions and warranty judgements apart from having expertise in all Aftermarket technical publications documents.

So, in a nutshell we provide product, services and consulting for our customers.

How do you get a cutting edge when you compare to existing ERP solution providers?
We have been in this field for more than 20 years. So the accumulated domain knowledge which we bring in to Aftermarkets ecosystem gives us an edge over other ERP solution providers.

Our customer base itself is an indicator our leadership. Be it a product provider or a service provider we bring in that differentiation which the others do not have.

Do you deploy it in ownership model?
It is more on licence model and the IP lies with us; licence is based on number of users, number of dealers and whether it is a head office deployment. We are also working aggressively to create newer pricing models based on customer requirements. Slowly we are moving towards outcome based model and may be sometime soon, if customer willing, we could also do risk-reward model.

Why your product is flexible in regards to integration with existing ERP systems prevailing in different organisations?
We are very flexible in that. We can provide data in format required by most standard apps (i.e. ERP applications) which are available in market. We seamlessly throw data in the format they can receive straight away. There is no need for them to write any wrappers, there is no necessity to write middle ware for that activity.  So, it is seamlessly integrated with any of these. If there is a legacy application which is running for which we have to integrate then it is a small little bit of customisation which needs to be done that we provide as services along with the product to ensure a seamless integration of our product along with the customers.

How friendly is user interphase as people who work in infrastructure line are not very IT savvy?
It is very user-friendly application. Our application (apps) fits on any android, iOS and other standard handled devices available today. Customers are very discerning and our applications are built for any kind of personnel who may be IT savvy or not.  Since most of users are familiar with APP usage in their smart phone, our applications are in line with global standards.
