JCB India dealer Rajesh Motors (Raj) Pvt Ltd opened a new facility in Jaipur. The new facility was inaugurated by Lord Bamford, JCB Chairman in the presence of Jo Bamford, Group Managing Director – Global Accounts; Vipin Sondhi, MD and CEO, JCB India; and CH Shah, Managing Director, Rajesh Motors. The event coincided with Rajesh Motors completing 25 years of being a JCB dealer.

Located at Bhankrota, Ajmer Road, the 33,000 square feet facility, also the new Head Office of Rajesh Motors, is equipped with a 6-bay workshop for Backhoe Loaders, and has a 2-bay workshop for Heavyline equipment. It also has a state-of-the-art fully operational command centre for “Livelink”, an advanced telematics technology introduced by JCB.  This world-class facility, designed to lead by example, will provide an unmatched ownership experience for customers. Rajesh Motors covers Rajasthan through 22 outlets, 6 of which have workshop facilities, thereby making its presence felt in both, urban and rural Rajasthan.

The facility is expected to engage approximately 200 people and has a dedicated training floor for machine operators and service engineers along with a “smart value exchange” bay.  It will provide benchmark levels of customer experience.
