TIL Limited successfully came back to Bauma ConExpo India 2024, and showcased cutting-edge equipment such as the Snorkel A62JRT boom lift and Hyster-TIL ReachStacker, underscoring its technological advancements and local manufacturing capabilities.
TIL Limited (NSE: TIL), a key player in India’s material handling and infrastructure equipment manufacturing industry, triumphantly returned to Bauma ConExpo India 2024 under the Gainwell Group brand, marking a critical milestone in its transformation journey. The company’s participation in Asia’s major construction equipment exhibition, held from December 11-14, 2024 at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida, demonstrated its renewed market presence and seamless integration of global partnerships with local manufacturing expertise.
TIL displayed a wide range of equipment at its 800-square-meter display area (Stall No. OG-55), including the newly launched Snorkel A62JRT articulating boom lift, the updated Hyster TIL ReachStacker, and the N80A, a specialised article handling equipment used extensively by India’s Defence Forces (now available to retail customers). The four-day event saw extraordinary attendance, with TIL’s exhibit receiving over 2,500 visitors, including key decision-makers from the infrastructure, construction, and port sectors. The exhibition follows TIL’s strong financial performance in Q2FY25, with a healthy orderbook of ₹214 Cr and 45.8% EBITDA growth, highlighting the company’s effective transformation under new leadership.
TIL’s show featured the Snorkel A62JRT articulating boom lift, which marked the company’s strategic entry into India’s aerial work platform segment. The machine has amazing specifications, including a working height of 20.8m, zero tail swing design, and the largest platform in its class, which can accommodate two operators and tools.
Another standout from TIL’s display was the N80 Articulating Crane, which demonstrated its safe and quick handling capabilities with an 8-ton lifting capacity and a maximum reach of 20 meters. The crane has an advanced Load Moment Indicator (LMI) system, precision controls, and a small mounting design, making it perfect for urban building sites. Its innovative articulation mechanism allows for operation in restricted locations, while integrated safety features such as overload prevention and a stability control system drew major notice from visitors.
The Hyster-TIL RS 46-33 ReachStacker highlighted TIL’s competence in port handling systems, with a 46-ton lifting capability and superior container handling capabilities. The machine’s newly built ergonomic cabin gives 360-degree sight and an advanced monitoring system for real-time performance data. The ReachStacker’s revolutionary ECO-mode operation, which saves up to 15% on fuel, was particularly appealing to port operators and logistics organisations seeking sustainable solutions.
Commenting on the success, Sunil Kumar Chaturvedi, Chairman & Managing Director, TIL Limited said, “Our return to bauma ConExpo India marks a defining moment in TIL’s transformation journey. We believe our customers are the real heroes of India’s material handling industry.
