SANY Group made a powerful impact at bauma CHINA 2024, launching 51 new products, including electric and intelligent machinery. With more than 1.1 billion USD in orders and a bold vision for the future, SANY is shaping a smarter, greener construction industry.

bauma CHINA 2024, Asia’s largest trade expo for construction machinery, building materials, mining machines and construction vehicles, ended on 29 November in Shanghai, China. Under the theme “Leading the Industry with New Quality Development,” SANY Group presented 141 pieces of equipment and technical solutions at this year’s exhibition and debuted 51 new products, resulting in on-site signed orders totalling more than 1.1 billion USD.

Grand delivery and new product launch
On the first day, Hareket Group inked an order worth more than $100 million USD with SANY Crane in the presence of Mr. Xiang Wenbo, chairman of SANY Group, and Mr. Yuan Yue, chairman of SANY Crane Business Division. Meanwhile, the 200,000th medium excavator from SANY Heavy Machinery was formally delivered to a customer.

During the four-day expo, SANY introduced 51 new items, including aerial work platforms, electric forklifts, an electric excavator robot, and mining machinery.

The 200-ton super digger SY200H is a fully electronically controlled jcb with a bucket capacity of 12 cubic meters; the 220-ton hybrid off-highway mining truck SET240S, the most recent smart mining product, maintains strong power while significantly improving energy efficiency and lowering operating costs.

On the second day, SANY’s electric forklift product selection was showcased and launched for the first time, with models ranging from 2 to 46 tonnes. With a variety of 11 distinct tonnages, it provides comprehensive coverage for all working environments and circumstances.

Shaping the smart era
SANY is reinventing the future of construction machinery through ground-breaking digital solutions. Visitors to this year’s event can learn about breakthrough technology like as unmanned concept excavators, intelligent mine operations, smart logistics systems, and intelligent commercial vehicles.

E-Mover, a completely self-developed concept excavator robot, was the event’s headline attraction. The E-Mover’s pure-electric architecture, from power source to actuator, saves energy loss by an astonishing 78%. With a multi-machine remote control system, the future machine can free up people and achieve automation.

These cutting-edge breakthroughs demonstrate SANY’s leadership in developing a smarter, more efficient industrial ecosystem.

For the first time, we created a new energy product section, displaying 31 cutting-edge green products. These include electric excavators, electric loaders, hydrogen semi-trailer tractors, and other environmentally friendly equipment designed to promote construction sustainability. This milestone illustrates our dedication to lowering global carbon emissions via technological innovation and sustainable practices, paving the road for a better future.
