HD Hyundai unveils key upgrades in European operations

As part of its reorganisation in Europe, HD Hyundai is enhancing its operations with a new management structure, advanced customisation facilities, and a dedicated Uptime Centre to better serve customers and dealers.
HD Hyundai Construction Equipment is revamping its European operations with a new regional management structure, a dedicated Uptime Centre, machine customisation facilities, and a product demonstration area. This overhaul aims to streamline operations, improve market responsiveness, and offer more customer-specific options.
Under the “Growing Closer Together” initiative, HD Hyundai will adopt a matrix structure across sales and aftermarket operations to enhance collaboration with dealers and better meet regional market needs. The company is establishing five key regions: DACH, France/Benelux, UK/ Ireland, Italy/Southern Europe, and Eastern/Northern Europe. This will enable faster decision-making and deeper market understanding. HD Hyundai is also expanding its EU-CUP customisation centre in Belgium, allowing more flexibility in building machines to specific customer requirements, reducing lead times, and enhancing personalisation options. Additionally, the company is launching a European Uptime Centre to leverage telematics data, proactively managing maintenance and repairs for its equipment fleet.
A new product demonstration area is also being developed at the company’s headquarters in Tessenderlo, offering a dedicated space for dealer visits, training, and product launches. This comprehensive approach aims to improve service, enhance machine availability, and provide customers with a superior ownership experience.
