Hamm introduces the HC and HD Series machines in India, which include CEV Stage V compliance, ECO Mode, and increased safety for superior performance and sustainability in construction.

Hamm, a well-known leader in compaction technology, is pleased to announce the debut of new HC and HD Series machines designed exclusively for the Indian market. These unique machines, including the HD 99i, HD 109i, HC 119i, HC 119i D, and HC 139i D, are engineered to fulfil the most recent CEV Stage V emission regulations while providing great performance and sustainability.

HC Series: Advanced Soil Compactors
The new soil compactors, like the previous HC Series machines, can be operated in an efficient ECO Mode, which reduces fuel usage by up to 20 percent. Another advantage in terms of compaction quality is the new automatic frequency control.

The CEV V machines include many characteristics that comply with new standards and specifications for machine safety and comfort, such as vibrations, noise, rollover protection, comfort, and visibility.

In terms of compaction power, the new soil compactors are fitted with a redesigned drum, which ensures high compaction power, decreased startup energy, and increased durability. In addition, the redesigned drum reduces oil usage and provides conveniently accessible servicing spots. The drum can also be equipped with padfoot shells.

Operation is simple and language-neutral, with three points of articulation, high gradeability, and excellent operator comfort. Another new feature is the ability to link to the John Deere Operations Centre.

The new models, like the previous series of Hamm soil compactors, may be operated in a highly efficient ECO mode, which reduces fuel consumption by more than 20% while also cutting CO2 emissions.

HD Series: Enhanced Tandem Rollers
The new HD Series tandem rollers, HD 99i and HD 109i, are outfitted with innovative technology and durable design elements to ensure maximum compaction power and operator comfort.

The new tandem rollers are strong articulated twin vibration rollers used for road construction. With a drum width of 1.68 m, they are ideal for a variety of projects, including inner-city work, highway compaction, airports, and other large regions. The operator’s platform has an open frame design that allows for unobstructed vision of the drums, water sprinkler system, drum edges, and best-in-class Kurb clearances.

Powered by a robust, Fuel Efficient water-cooled 3-cylinder John Deere engine compliant with CEV-V. The modern engine, coupled with the large radiator, air flow system, and engine management, leads to reduced noise emissions and lower fuel consumption.

The new tandem rollers’ three-point articulation ensures uniform weight distribution, superb directional stability, excellent curve manoeuvrability, and high overturning safety, all of which contribute to superior compaction results.
