CASE has introduced seven new products at the Bharat Construction Equipment Expo 2025, including vibratory compactors, the 952 NX and 450 NX, and five models compliant with the BS CEV V emission norm.

The brand introduced seven new products, including two all-new vibratory compactors, the 952 NX and 450 NX, along with five new models—the 770NX, 770NX Magnum, 851NX CP, 1107 NX D, and SR150B—all compliant with the BS CEV V emission norm. This launch highlights CASE’s focus on technological excellence, further bolstering its leadership in the vibratory compactor segment.
CASE also unveils the cutting-edge F28 Engine, designed to deliver enhanced performance and sustainability while meeting BS CEV V standards. Manufactured in India, at the company’s Noida plant, the F28 engine, powered by FPT (Fiat Powertrain), will be a significant step towards aligning with new emission norms. Designed with next-generation features, this state-of-the-art engine comes with exceptional fuel efficiency and enhanced productivity. This launch reflects CASE’s commitment to making in India, offering products that not only meet environmental standards but also provide superior operational efficiency. The brand also showcases its technological developments through the launch of its advanced telematics application, myCASE Construction, which will significantly enhance fleet management. The application enables real-time machine geolocation, tracking fuel efficiency, and equipment utilisation, empowering users to optimise operations. It also offers remote troubleshooting, reducing downtime by enabling quick issue resolution. Additionally, myCASE allows users to set performance goals, track engine hours, and fuel consumption, and access machine service records, providing valuable insights to enhance operational efficiency.

Vibratory Compactor 952 NX (all-new):
The all-new CASE 952 NX Vibratory Compactor features a new-age design with a suspended frame concept, providing best-in-class curb clearance for enhanced performance. Its collapsable 2-post ROPS canopy ensures easy transport, adding convenience without compromising on safety. Powered by the advanced CEV Stage V compliant F28 engine, the compactor offers improved performance while delivering optimal power.
The all-new operator console is equipped with a lockable vandal guard and easy-to-understand cluster indications for straightforward control. The compactor’s design ensures excellent front and rear visibility, and the rotatable seat with a high backrest and armrests enhances operator comfort.
With an operating weight of 9.2 tonnes, the 952 NX offers superior compaction with balanced mass distribution between the front and rear for a smooth ride. The two-stage vibration system, with amplitudes of 0.9 mm and 0.4 mm at frequencies of 36.5 Hz and 50 Hz, delivers high compaction forces of 121.6 kN, along with a maximum engine torque of 375 Nm at 1400 RPM. Furthermore, the myCase Construction Telematics provides real-time monitoring to enhance machine management and decision-making.
The compactor features electromagnetic immunity and is built for superior efficiency and low maintenance with trouble-free bearings, components, and exciter shaft systems. The hydraulic oil change interval is 2000 hours, and the high-capacity 170L fuel tank supports longer operation hours, reducing downtime and enhancing productivity.
Vibratory Compactor 450 NX (all-new):
The all-new CASE 450 NX Vibratory Compactor is powered by an 18.5kW Stage V mechanical engine, offering optimised weight for superior compaction and fuel efficiency. It features a simple exhaust system and a single-piece, lockable engine hood for easy servicing, with a 2000-hour hydraulic oil change interval for reduced downtime.
The 450 NX is designed for tight workspaces with a 1m drum width and a short turning radius for excellent manoeuvrability. It offers a high backrest seat with armrests, a new digital cluster interface, and superior operator visibility of the drum edges. Safety features include a foldable ROPS structure, electromagnetic immunity, rear-view mirrors on both sides, and ergonomic footsteps for easy access.
With an operating weight of 2.9 tonnes and balanced mass distribution, the compactor delivers 43 kN of compaction force with a two-stage vibration system. The engine provides 130 Nm of torque at 1200 RPM. The 450 NX’s compact design, with a wheelbase of 1.925m, ground clearance of 307mm, and overall length of 2.87m, ensures exceptional performance and manoeuvrability. The new myCASE Construction Telematics featured in the machine helps with fleet management with real-time monitoring.
Loader Backhoe 770 NX (with BS (CEV) Stage V):
The CASE 770 NX, now BS (CEV) Stage V compliant, offers a perfect combination of high performance, enhanced fuel efficiency, and environmental sustainability. Powered by the advanced F28 engine, it ensures a cleaner environment while delivering impressive productivity. The machine equipped with a spacious operator cabin offering near 360° visibility, improved ergonomics, and a new color display for enhanced comfort.
The 770 NX is designed for exceptional backhoe productivity, with dual automatic modes that optimize both backhoe and loader functions. Backhoe productivity is further boosted with a new electro-hydraulic variable displacement pump, along with versatile operating modes—ECO, STD, and POWER—to adapt to different working conditions like trenching.
To improve fuel efficiency, the 770 NX introduces a new ECO mode (providing a 10% improvement), auto idle, and auto shutdown functions, as well as the new myCase Construction Telematics. The CASE 770 NX Magnum combines high productivity and fuel efficiency, powered by the 74 HP F28 Turbocharged Engine which is CEV Stage V compliant and offers cold start capability at temperatures as low as -20°C. Its spacious cabin provides near 360° visibility, improved ergonomics, and a new color display for enhanced comfort and control.
Equipped with a new electro-hydraulic variable displacement pump (143 lpm flow and 250 bar peak pressure), the 770 NX Magnum offers efficient loader and backhoe productivity, with versatile operating modes—Eco, Standard, and Power. It also features an improved ECO mode, auto idle, and auto shutdown for better fuel efficiency, along with electromagnetic immunity for safety.
With a reach of 5.9 meters and dig depth of 4.7 meters, it’s designed for versatility. Its hydraulic oil change interval of 44 litres at 4000 hours reduces maintenance downtime. With an operating weight of 7800 kg, the 851 NX ensures high loader productivity through dual automatic modes for backhoe and loader functions.

With a 5.9-meter reach and 4.7-meter dig depth, the 851 NX is highly versatile, and its hydraulic oil change interval of 44 litres at 4000 hours reduces maintenance costs and downtime.
Vibratory Compactor 1107 NX (with BS (CEV) Stage V):
The CASE 1107 NX Vibratory Compactor offers superior engine performance with an electronic fuel management system for optimal power, handling, and fuel efficiency. It features a dual-mode vibration system, providing flexibility for various compaction needs, and excellent all-around visibility with standard work lamps for better worksite illumination.
With an operating weight between 11.1T and 11.6T, the compactor provides high compaction forces of 263 kN and a maximum engine torque of 450Nm at 1400-1500 RPM. It offers ground-level access to core systems, enhanced locking mechanisms, electromagnetic immunity and floor-height filling points for easier maintenance. The machine’s myCASE Construction Telematics allows for real-time fleet management.
Durability is ensured with a proven articulation joint system, and the machine’s high-capacity 275L fuel tank extends operation hours. Operator comfort is enhanced with a rotatable seat, high backrest, and armrests, while the hydraulic oil change interval is set at 2000 hours for minimal downtime.
myCASE Construction Telematics
The myCASE Construction Telematics application offers a comprehensive suite of features to enhance machine management and decision-making. It provides real-time geolocation of CASE machines, along with detailed information such as engine hours, security alerts, and machine activity. Users can track machine performance over specific time ranges, access telematics data, and view recorded work sessions. These sessions include insights like the operator’s name, job site details, and a list of operators. The app also allows users to set goals for machine utilization, performance, and fuel consumption, while tracking progress and offering detailed reports on work completed, fuel usage, and scheduled services. It helps transform data into actionable insights, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
