The joint venture will invest ₹200 crore in its first project, a residential complex in Kadipur Village. This will pave the way for future expansion in one of Gujarat’s major urban hubs.

Aaiji Infraspace (OPC) Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of the Aaiji Group and one of Gujarat’s leading and most prominent real estate developers in Dholera, has formed a strategic joint venture with Infinity Infracon to spearhead residential and commercial development in the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR). The joint venture intends to implement projects worth ₹ 200 crore in phases to meet the growing need for high-quality infrastructure in this major industrial and smart city hub.

The joint venture’s first project is set to begin in Kadipur Village, Dholera, with the goal of developing a house complex on 10,809 square meters of NA land. The project is expected to be finished within the next 2-3 years. Building on the success of the first project, businesses intend to pursue further prospects in Dholera, a location with enormous potential for future expansion.

Dholera is becoming as a popular destination for industries and investors, with over 100 enterprises already establishing a foothold. The city is also rising as India’s hub for semiconductor production and innovative urban planning, establishing a standard for sustainable development. Landmark investments, such as Tata Electronics’ $10.9 billion semiconductor facility, demonstrate the region’s expansion and increased demand for high-end residential and commercial areas.
