Consumables overview
Ador makes consumables for most of the welding processes like SMAW, MIG, MAG (Solid wire, FCW wire), SAW, TIG, brazing for manual, semi automatic as well as fully automatic applications, covering a wide range of metals and alloys – C-Mn steels, low alloy steels, cast iron, stainless steels, copper alloys, nickel based alloys and aluminium alloys.

Shielded metal arc electrodes are supplied in moisture roof packing or vacuum-packed containers in various quantities. Wires (0.80mm to 4.80mm) are available in 12.5, 15, 25 kg spools. For higher productivity requirements it is also available in 100, 250, 500 kg versions in bobbins and drums. TIG consumables are available in 500 – 1,000 mm lengths. SAW fluxes are available in 5 kg vacuum packing, 30 kg bag or 30 – 100 kg drums.
