Slope Compactor Roller
All infrastructural projects in road and irrigation sectors essentially have need for compaction of the soil. For this purpose, all users use conventional Soil Compactor Rollers for the job. However, conventional Soil Compactor Rollers fail on slopes and cannot be used as they are unable to climb the gradient. They are also ineffective in constrained area where roller cannot move. To overcome this, the company has developed and come out with Slope Compactor Roller. For sites where deep compaction is required on slopes and areas not accessible otherwise to normal soil compactor, Ajashy Slope Compactor is most effective solution. Ajashy make Slope Compactor consists of Vibratory Roller which is vibrated through eccentric shaft driven by Hydraulic Motor which uses the oil supply from the excavator hydraulic. The Slope Compactor Roller is a vibratory roller it gives compaction as good as any conventional soil compactor roller. Mounting and dismounting of Slope Compactor Roller is very easy and carrier machine (excavator or backhoe loader) can be utilised both for compaction and excavation. Slope Compactor Rollers are working with number of customers in Infrastructure sector and are very well appreciated for performance and reliability of machine.

Uniqueness
The uniqueness of our design is additional length of rollers due to which more area is covered in one pass as compared to other rollers thus reducing compaction time. Most widely used and popular model is ER20 which is compatible with 20-tonne class excavator of any make. The drum length of this model is 2350 mm. Model ER30, suitable for 30-tonne class excavator and ER10 suitable for 10- tonne class excavator and Backhoe Loader are also available depending upon the customer requirement.

Considering the performance of Slope Compactor Rollers in compacting slopes, Ajashy Slope Compactor Roller is fast becoming the first choice and increasing number of customers will use this special attachment in future. Keeping in mind the requirement of higher compaction of large irrigation and road projects, the company has plans to develop and manufacture bigger Slope Compactor Roller suitable for 45-tonne class excavator.
