Arvind Rishi joins TIL Limited to lead sales and aftermarket operations

TIL Limited has recruited Arvind Rishi as All India Head of Sales and Aftermarket, bringing over 40 years of experience to promote development, improve customer service, and strengthen its market position.

 With over 40 years of experience in the energy and transportation industries, Arvind Rishi contributes a depth of knowledge to customer service, sales operations, and strategic business growth.  In his new job, he will lead TIL’s business growth initiatives through machine sales and aftermarket services, while also directing business operations, improving customer service, expanding market presence, and increasing profitability across verticals.

Arvind formerly held major executive positions with Cummins, Greaves, and Gainwell CAT.  His extensive experience at Cummins provided a solid operational and strategic foundation in service excellence and corporate leadership, while his time at Greaves improved his go-to-market and network building skills.  At Gainwell CAT, he mastered the integration of sales and aftermarket operations throughout the premium Caterpillar brand, working significantly in key infrastructure sectors such as coal, railways, oil, defence, marine, and mining.

Arvind is an accomplished professional with a Post-Diploma in Automobile Engineering from GNE Ludhiana and a Master’s in Material Science from Pune University.  His dual technological and management backgrounds enable him to address business challenges with analytical rigour, combining data-driven ideas with practical experience.
