BharatBenz Introduces High Performance Construction and Mining Trucks at Bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2023.BharatBenz unveiled its 35T 8X4 mining tipper, which features upgraded 320 HP power. BharatBenz has the most extensive selection, ranging from 6×4 to 10×4.The BharatBenz 48T, with best-in-class fuel efficiency, was also on display.BharatBenz mining trucks have the best uptime and fuel efficiency in the industry.The Simulated Driving Trainer (SDT) programme has been implemented.

The BharatBenz 3532CM mining tipper, 2832CM mining tipper, and 5532 Tip Trailer have been added to the product lineup for the construction and mining sectors by Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), a fully owned subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG. In Greater Noida, at Bauma CONEXPO India 2023, the whole truck model lineup is on exhibit. The new model line includes a more powerful 320 HP BSVI diesel engine that provides the strong wheel-end torque required to navigate difficult, inclining mining roads.The vehicles’ industry-leading body capacities are advantageous to mining industry clients. The brand-new 48T rigid tipper and 28T RMC from BharatBenz were also on display during the exhibition.

BharatBenz sells a variety of tipper products, ranging from medium-duty trucks with six wheels and a 13T rating to 22-wheelers with a 55T rating (tip trailers). Numerous applications exist for these trucks, such as delivery within cities, irrigation/tunneling, mining, and surface construction. The RMC (ready mix cement) application is changing thanks to BharatBenz’s new generation of products, which feature engine-driven PTO solutions that can meet any concreting need.

The 4828RT truck, part of BharatBenz’s lineup, delivers best-in-class fuel efficiency, greater productivity, simple manoeuvrability, and the recognisable “BharatBenz comfort.” The 4828RT from DICV features a number of innovations, including Intel-lift, a single chamber headlamp with daytime running lights, and parabolic bogie suspension with rear bolsters. Sand, coal, fly ash, blue metal, and other surface-use building materials can all be employed with the 4828RT model.

“Simulated Driving Trainer (SDT),” a “one-stop” facility with a truck simulator in the cab and a realistic simulated driving experience, is being introduced by BharatBenz. It is outfitted with software interfaces for driver training management and e-learning modules. For drivers to test their skills and practise mining and construction applications, SDT will develop a simulation. SDT is designed to assist individuals in learning safe driving practises that will boost productivity, save expenses, and increase overall effectiveness.
