Capacit’e secures ₹621 crore contract for Bhendi Bazaar redevelopment

Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited was granted a contract of ₹621 crore by Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust (SBUT) for construction and MEPF works at Sector 07 of the Bhendi Bazaar redevelopment in Mumbai.
Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust (“SBUT”) for a total contract value of ₹621 Crore (excluding GST) for carrying out core and shell works, finishing, MEPF services, and other related works for the project – Sector 07 of Saifee Burhani Upliftment Project located at Ward ‘C’, Bhendi Bazaar, Mumbai – 400 003.
