CASE Construction Equipment has released its first BS (CEV) Stage V-compliant machines for the Indian market from its modern Pithampur factory, marking a significant step forward in sustainable construction and demonstrating its dedication to cleaner, more efficient, and future-proof equipment.

CASE Construction Equipment, a CNH brand and a market leader in vibratory compactors, announces the release of its first BS (CEV) Stage V-compliant equipment from its cutting-edge production site in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, for the Indian market.  The implementation highlights CASE’s proactive attitude to environmental responsibility, as well as its readiness for India’s next phase of clean and green construction gear.

This breakthrough is an important milestone in the company’s attempts to meet India’s growing emission rules while providing cutting-edge, dependable, and efficient construction equipment.  CASE has begun manufacturing its extensive line of upgraded equipment, which includes two brand-new vibratory compactors — the 952 NX and 450 NX, as well as the improved 1107 NX vibratory compactor.  The updated portfolio includes advanced loader backhoe models, including the 770 NX, 770 NX Magnum, and 851 NX.

The backhoe loaders and 1107 NX compactors are powered by sophisticated FPT F28 engines that meet the most recent emission standards, resulting in lower environmental impact, enhanced fuel efficiency, and increased productivity.  It includes various advancements for operators, such as digital instrument clusters, ergonomic controls, better visibility, and improved safety measures.  The integration of the myCASE Construction telematics platform improves operating efficiency by allowing for real-time tracking, performance monitoring, and predictive maintenance.

Speaking on this occasion, Emre Karazli, Vice President Construction Segment, APAC & AME, says, “India is fast emerging as a pivotal force in the global construction ecosystem as a manufacturing and innovation powerhouse. With the rollout of BS (CEV) Stage V-compliant equipment from our Pithampur facility, we are bringing globally benchmarked, sustainable technologies to India while reinforcing our global supply chain. This milestone reflects our unwavering commitment to advancing environmental stewardship, engineering excellence, and localised solutions that align with India’s long-term infrastructure and sustainability goals. It also reaffirms India’s growing role in CASE’s global strategy—as a hub that powers progress, both at home and around the world.”

Shalabh Chaturvedi, Managing Director, CASE India & SAARC, says, “This marks a proud milestone for CASE India as we introduce our BS (CEV) Stage V-compliant equipment—previously manufactured for international markets—into the domestic landscape. By localising this next-generation portfolio, we are equipping Indian customers with world-class, future-ready machines that align with global standards. As the country embarks on its next wave of infrastructure growth, we are proud to contribute to the ‘Viksit Bharat’ vision with innovation, sustainability, and a deep commitment to building a greener, self-reliant future.”

This expansion builds on CASE’s tradition of offering long-lasting, innovative, and customer-focused equipment built to the highest levels of performance and environmental responsibility.  With this launch, CASE India reaffirms its position as a pioneer in the construction equipment industry, providing long-term, future-ready solutions that combine global technology with local manufacturing competence.

CASE has been operating in India since 1989 and is known for its leadership in the Vibratory Compactor and Backhoe Loader markets.  Its machines, manufactured at a modern plant in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, are exported to more than 100 nations throughout the world.
