“There was a positive feeling that the construction equipment or infrastructure industry will see good demand. However due to demonetisation there may be a drop in demand for the rest of the financial year. However the next financial year will be good if the government pumps more resources into the infrastructure project,” observes RS Raghavan, Managing Director, Proman Infrastructure Services Pvt Ltd while talking on the recent performance of construction equipment industry in India.
