How did you successfully manage your business in the COVID times? 

In Covid period, we adhered strictly to the Covid rules, thus minimising and eliminating any loss of life within our work force. We focused mainly on online support for installation and commissioning. We made our system even more customers friendly and easier to operate. Co-ordination with customer revamped through online support.

How do you view the recovery in construction equipment market so far? 

The industry has recovered somewhat and after the rainy season it is expected to recover even further. Big projects should start by then and boost the market.

What are your strategies for business revival? 

We believe in making better equipments which are reliable and easy to use and trouble free. Besides we are also exploring export market in a new way. 

How do you assess the growth next year and beyond in construction equipment market? 

We hope that the next year will be a boom year for construction equipment. Government providing with Covid vaccination will not be a spoiler anymore and the market as a whole will flourish.
