Offering best-in-class solutions and service to customers
Being smart essentially means providing the industry with safer and more sustainable Machines and solutions. Not only in terms of achieving manufacturing excellence, but also in terms of being fuel-efficient and having best-in-class productivity and quality.
We have been customers’ preferred option due to the solution we offer which help customers to get best in class productivity, and we aspire to become customers’ first choice in the years to come. Our technical team’s knowledge gives us an advantage in providing excellent machines to our customers while also providing them with lifecycle value in our product offerings.
Further, As an another industry first initiative HCEI has launched XL range of machines which are reconditioned machines under cutting edge technology of HCEI at the state of art XL rebuild centre at Chakan plant. We have also proposed a buyback solution, where we would dispose of over 200 obsolete equipment and replace them with new Hyundai machines. All this initiatives has helped Hyundai to create wealth for its customers while also helped in increasing the market share.
Upgrading old and existing equipment
Hyundai always believe in improving the quality and productivity of machine in terms of technological and equipment upgrades. In 2021 Hyundai had upgraded machines from smart to smart plus with global green grey theme bringing in upgraded technology in Indian market., this machines have increased efficiency & productivity, greater convenience for a better customer experience, and improved fuel efficiency.
Another innovation we implemented new technologies which has helped customers save five to seven percent more on fuel while providing a better operating experience for operators. We made several design changes to increase the quality of performance on various terrains. We’ve also implemented a remote management system that shifts from one network to the other when the signal passes.
Here, we’ve placed a greater emphasis on the human element. To improve accessibility, we’ve incorporated regional languages to our machines. We’ve also focused on preventative maintenance, so consumers will receive regular reminders about needed maintenance and repairs.
