How did you successfully manage your business in the Covid times? 

We, at PASCHAL, always strive to be in touch with our clients all the time, and that had helped us a lot specially in this Covid times and so we have done our best by providing our utmost quality work by providing refurbishment services which created a win-a-win situation on either ends, customers have made used of old material by opting for refurbishment instead of new material procurements, and on the other we too have occupied with our services as most of the clients are not ready to buy the new material. Best quality material will always a right choice by all the clients keeping in view of long run utilisation, we are the best opted by our clients that a multiple levels of utility and different sectors of works like wise, roads, buildings, industrial and major power and defense projects. 

How do you view the recovery in the Scaffolding & Formworks market so far? 

As PASCHAL India is not into Scaffolding, we cannot comment on it. Regarding Formwork, we will encourage all types of civil engineering contractors by providing our best possible discounts at the time of negotiations itself and create a confidence that we have not kept more margins to give credit period to them. This is helping both the ends to get good price to clients, and no payment related issues to PASCHAL after supply of material. Generally, we will be 100 percent advance and certain relaxations will be given who are frequently giving us business to us and that based on their credentials. 

What are the key challenges in the market apart from the pandemic impact? 

As per the present situations, a huge impact was created on the complete raw material costs and components mainly after the impact of pandemic and so all the costs were drastically increased and result in increase on production cost, but our clients are in a position to understand this as they were telling we are at huge losses due to lack of continuity of funds flow during pandemic and somehow we need to create a healthy platform on either sides to continue to travel further. 

What kind of policy support is required for the market revival? 

As per the present market conditions, it is highly advisable to support all the MSME units enable them to sustain in a better way and recover slowly, as we all play a major role in the development of the country as a whole. Credit policy with nominal rate if interest needs to be increased to a period of 4-5 years for the loans opted by MSME to recover in a way so that they can sustain huge losses and stand on their own. 

What are your strategies for business revival? 

We are very clear that though all our vendors have increased their costing, we herewith request them all to go with mere costing hike enable us to support all our clients in providing them good support in our pricing with a minor hike and with no compromise on our quality standards. We, at PASCHAL, always stand for best utmost quality products all the time; we believe that itself will make us to be best choice by our clients and keep us in business for a longer run. 

How do you assess the growth next year and beyond in the Scaffolding & Formworks market?

We are confident that the market conditions are going in a pleasing way and giving hope for growth to all sectors; it’s a great revival to all segments of businesses. PASCHAL being a Formwork manufacturer try to keep up our margins in a nominal way enable more of users get benefitted by opting to use our PASCHAL products always. We are expecting a minimum 15 percent when compared to last two previous years.
