• For steel, RB series: The company’s preservation lines combine the heating (drying), blasting, coating and drying of sheet steel, profiles, pipes or steel structures in one automatic line. In order to prevent rust returning, a weld primer is applied to provide corrosion resistance for weeks.

SEW Surface Coating: automated transporter system
Ramesh Bhise, Chairman and Managing Director, SEW Surface Coating Pvt Ltd, says, “We have started producing automated transporter system (ATS) this year. The system is the main operational or production equipment for loading and unloading component into various tanks as per the chemical process, with a programmed cycle. The cycle is based on timings required in particular tank, as specified, and also sequenced in such a way that critical tanks (degrease, de-rust, Zn phosphate and WDO) are treated precisely, so components will be removed from these tanks with minimum time loss.“

He adds, “The equipment is PLC controlled for effective programming to achieve a particular production rate, with minimum time lost and no damage to the component.”

The air valve has been redesigned with over 145 per cent higher exhaust capacity. The MaxLife pump lowers are designed with an emphasis on durability and robustness. The suction hose design ensures maximum intake rates.
The King is designed to eliminate non-restartable icing stalls for more uptime. The standard design has the thermally-isolated poppets mounted separately and insulated from motor castings. However, the poppets and external pilot lines virtually eliminate pilot valve freezing.
