Filtrec Bharat offers several different micron ratings in fibreglass media, which are 1–3–5–10–15–20–25 microns. Very high performance in terms of efficiency (βeta Ratio > 1.000) means the stable performance of fluid cleaning for the life period of the element and enhanced contamination control.
Our primary product range includes return line filters, high-pressure filters, and suction filters for industrial applications.
Fighting rust and corrosion
We go for surface treatments of metal tubes. And we perform zinc plating, nickel plating, and tin plating for the end caps, to assure rust and corrosion resistance in the filter line.

The new FILTREC Technology for filter elements comes from three decades of experience in filter element construction. Steady, enthusiastic R&D activity, and paying close attention to customers’ requirements and feedback help us remain close to our customers. A tailored combination of materials has been custom designed for each filter element family to perform at the highest possible level.
This new media pack configuration gives an extraordinary performance, both in terms of the life cycle and mainly in terms of filtration efficiency. All of the performed tests with Δbsolute-βeta media pack conformed to a very low pressure drop, which now enables us to select a smaller filter for the same application. Research, Development, and Innovation allow us to use several media layer combinations, which result in a pleated shape that gives the element maximum performance.
