During February, Gates team were busy meeting their customers to take off the
year with Big Bang Theory. They organised Dealer’s meet in Mumbai and Customer’s meet in Faridabad to touch base the end point to share the plan and the success stories.
Dealers Meet (West) on 8th Feb
Gates has built strong and close relationships with their channel partners over the years. This strong relationship has come long ways and Gates make sure to interact and reach the customer point often to support the mutual benefit for the business growth. Keeping that spirit high, Gates Fluid power team organised Regional Dealer meet, Mumbai on 8th February for their West channel partners. The meet included the interaction between the Gates Fluid Power team and regional partners of Gates. The objective was to motivate the channel partners into achieving growth percentage year on year. Gates Fluid Power IR Sales GM Prabhat Kumar Azad and GM Marketing R. Rajasekhar were present to share the company’s growth plan and their specific roles and responsibilities for the year. The forum was kept interactive with all the participants actively sharing new ideas and learning. The evening ended with circulation of dealer certificates to the partners for year 2017.
Customer Meet (Faridabad) on 10th Feb
Gates Fluid Power Team along with its renowned partner Industrial Hose Corporation hosted a meet for their customers at Gates Shoppe Faridabad on 10th February. This initiative created a “sense of together” among the company, partner and their customers. The purpose was to create product and system knowledge to the customers to widen the business growth. The customer enjoyed the programme thoroughly, increasing the camaraderie and a sense of understanding the product range amongst them. The customers were totally enmeshed with the Gates team and Vineet Kathuria, Industrial Hose Corporation with the queries to which they got the product and solutions to it.n
