Sunvik Steels Private Limited is a fast-growing integrated steel company with an excellent track record. the company is the first state-of-the-art integrated steel plant in  Karnataka across 55 acres. Sunvik is engaged in the manufacturing and selling  of sponge iron, MS billets, fly ash bricks and blocks, and TMT bars.

Since its inception, the company has been playing a pivotal role in bolstering  the infrastructure in the surrounding villages. They are the highest taxpayers in the district. It has invested over 70,000 crores in setting up a waste heat recovery plant. It is a 10 MW  plant that reduces GHG emissions. Fly ash bricks and blocks
Enhancing its commitment towards green initiatives, Sunvik has also added Fly Ash Bricks & Blocks for construction purposes to its product offering. These Brick and  Blocks are made from fly ash generated as a by-product in the furnace division.

“Green steel” refers to more than just the  production process and greenhouse gas emissions. Recovery of the wasted heat and optimal recycling of waste materials are crucial in the production of green steel, as is the use of by-products and waste  materials to manufacture fly ash bricks and blocks. Using waste and blow-down water from water treatment plants and boilers reduces dust and other cooling applications.

Fossil fuels are not used in producing  green steel as they emit much carbon dioxide. The most recent and, so far, the best trend in green steel manufacturing is using low-carbon energy sources  such as hydrogen, coal gasification, or electricity  instead of the traditional and outmoded carbon-intensive coal-fired plants.

Some of the key advantages and features of the Green Bricks include:SUNVIK_B2B Purchase
• High strength and a uniform appearance.
• Efflorescence and Dense Bonding
• Quick Finishing
• Excellent Heat Resistance
• Less wastage
• Time-saving and uniform in size.
• Eco Green Bricks/Less Cement Consumption
• Low-Density Bricks

Sunvik has always embraced an eco-friendly approach. 90 percent of the power  is generated in-house using solar, wind, biogas, and captive power (using the excess heat from the furnace to  generate electricity). This strategy improves the manufacture of high-quality products while contributing to environmental improvement. The company has a marquee clientele with significant business potential. It’s an ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and  ISO 18001:2007 certified company with a strong financial performance and a SME2 rating by Crisil. It has strong and expert management with an experience of over 3 decades. Moreover, they are an experienced, trained, and dedicated team contributing to the company’s future growth and are renowned for their high-quality products, BIS Certified Billets and TMT Bars.
