How are your solutions adding more value to construction equipment?
We have solutions like gearboxes, geared motors and planetary drives which are mainly used in most of the construction equipment like Aggregate conveyors, pavers, concrete & Asphalt mixer and various material handling equipments. Radicon Powerbuild can provide drive solutions for the equipment used in all types of construction equipment (CE).

Brief us about the solutions exhibited at the expo?
We have geared motors and gear boxes which are Heli Bevel, Planetary series as well as Helical Series widely used in all construction equipment. The product is majorly used in CE which will be able to serve the purpose of all present applications. These gearboxes are also widely used in core sectors like cement, steel, sugar, mining, plastic, rubber, generic & bulk material handing segments.

What makes your product different from others?
We are the only company in India that makes complete series of Geared Motors in-house. Others are majorly getting parts from other countries, then assemble it here and sell. We manufacture the entire series from the raw material to finishing in India in our in-house facility. We can proudly say, the products are made by Radicon Powerbuild are 100 per cent Make-in India product to the global standard. We have wide network of Sales & Service team in fourteen locations and our motto is to provide Sales services within 48 hours.

How important is the role of maintenance for such products?
Generally, these products are guaranteed for eighteen months from the date of supply. But, Industries are using it for many years trouble free. Periodic checking/maintenance of these gearboxes is mandatory to get the best performance of product.

How was the year 2018 for your business in terms of performance?
We are doing well. We are growing at 30 per cent from the previous year. We are growing in construction, metal and in steel as of now.

What are your business prospects for 2019?
Our products are mainly used for various industries in small and medium range. There is a good potential for the products that will keep growing. We expect industries will grow to the same phase in coming years and we are confident to grow at the same rate.
