We use the platform of BAUMA to showcase our R&D capabilities for sustainable development, which is the core strength of GS Caltex in building product competitiveness for lubricants and polymers. GSC’s R&D facility is located in Daejeon, South Korea, and has developed many award-winning lubricants to forge partnerships with major OEMs.

We would also be demonstrating the strength of our Kixx LUBO base oils and their technological advantages and focusing on establishing strategic partnerships. GS Caltex Group II/III base oil has excellent low-temperature properties and exceptionally bright, clear, and transparent qualities. The Group II/III base oil produced by GS Caltex is environment-friendly, has low volatility, and reduces oil consumption while improving fuel economy. And GS Caltex offers high thermal and oxidation stability to support drain interval extension. All these advantages are the result of the latest cutting-edge hydrocracking technology.

An exciting and futuristic product line-up is available on our global platform and is lined up for introduction into the Indian market in the next few years. To name a few, our environmentally friendly Kixx PAO, Kixx Hybrid, and Kixx BIO RD are three different categories of engine oils developed by our R&D centre and are getting tremendous responses from global markets.
