TEROSON Liquid Applied Sound Deadeners (LASD)

BONDERITE M-NT SOLUTIONS

Faced with tighter regulatory demands and growing consumer awareness of better fuel efficiency and reduced emissions, automotive manufacturers and suppliers are increasingly moving from traditional steel sheet or galvanised alloys to mixed and very lightweight metals that offer significant savings. BONDERITE M-NT solutions are next generation metal pretreatment technologies for painted metal surfaces that enable the increased use of light metals while maintaining excellent corrosion protection, reducing or eliminating the heavy metals and sludge generation. Henkel has introduced LOCTITE PC 7350 Conveyor Belt Repair, a premium rubber repair compound, which can return conveyor belts to service in as little as two hours. Designed for use in mining operations, power generation plants and similar heavy duty environments, LOCTITE PC 7350 can be used for conveyor belt resurfacing, holes, gouges, tears, and mechanical splice protection. It helps reduce costly downtime, eliminates replacement inventory, and minimises repair costs by enabling on-site and in place repairs.

LOCTITE PC 7350 is a two-part polyurethane compound that provides excellent adhesion to metal and rubber, high flexibility, and excellent abrasion resistance. The solvent-free formula is fast curing and self-leveling, making it an excellent choice for on-site repairs. Repairs have the same durability and flexibility as the rubber, increasing reliability and overall efficiency.  LOCTITE PC 7350 is available in easy to use 400 ml cartridges and 1 kg kits.
