Henkel’s potting and bonding solutions for manufacturing sector

Adhesive technologies major Henkel offers Loctite EA E-30HV, a high-performance epoxy compound for applications of potting and bonding. This solution is developed for the manufacturing sector need for insulation and thermal resistance potting and bonding.
This solution provides the following features and benefits:
• High temperature resistance and reliable performance in extreme conditions • Fast fixture strength allows for a big jump in productivity even up to 6 times. • Great choice for electrical insulation applications as it makes it ideal for any applications that have this requirement
• Depending on the customer’s existing process, there is bound to be a productivity improvement anywhere in the range of 33 per cent to 600 per cent.
Loctite EA E 30HV is used by electric motor manufacturers for bonding of magnet to rotor in assembly and by other electrical component manufacturers for potting, where insulation is required.
