The process sequence to be used is as under:
Rust Removing:  RUSTOGEL 1406 is used to remove lose and adherent rust from the metal surface. It is offered in a gel format, so that it will stand on the vertical surface, will not run down, and will react, loosen and dislodge the rust from the metal. The minimum reaction time for rust removal is 10 minutes. Phosphoric Acid, which is Important ingredient of the composition of Rustogel 1406, is in itself a rust preventive material. RUSTOGEL 1406 is offered in 5 kgs and 30 kgs HDPE Carbuoys.

RUSTOFIX 1411:  Innovative Coating Industries offer RUSTOFIX 1411, which is an off-white, emulsion type of liquid, used by  brushing or spraying. Rustofix-1411 will leave a brownish–blackish polymerised air dried film. This converts the adherent rust into a neutral complex of iron, forms a rust preventive film, and offers a primer coating with good hiding property. This has an excellent adhesion to the base metal as well as to the paint and finishing coat to follow.  The rust converter film should be allowed to hard dry, for 8 hours (preferably over-night), before any next coat is applied. One time application is quite sufficient. RUSTOFIX 1411 is offered in 5 kgs and 30 kgs HDPE Carbuoys.

ZINKOTE 20 PREMIUM:  It’s a quick air drying zinc flakes rich paint. This is applied by brush or spray application, thinner used for dilution and post cleaning of the spray equipment by using Xylene, Toluene, NC Thinner or Stoving Thinner. Single application offers 25 microns coating. ZINKOTE 20 PREMIUM is expected to offer more than 800 hours of Salt Spray Fog Chamber test anti–corrosion life. They also offer ZINKOTE 20 GP, which is based on 99 per cent pure zinc dust.

ZINKOTE 20 PREMIUM is claims to offer more than 800 hours of Salt Spray Fog Chamber test anti–corrosion life. Zinkote 20 Premium is available
in 4-litre tin.

PTFE+Zinc blended paint is offered for corrosive, saline, marine atmospheres and areas with higher concentration of acidic, chemical fumes. It can be used by brushing or conventional spray methods.
