Jai Jyotawali Steel Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001-2000 certified company is reputed and well established in the steel re-rolling industry. The company’s plant is located at Taluka wada in the Thane district which is very close to Mumbai, the commercial capital of India. Set up in the year 1992, the automatic re-rolling mill uses advance technology and has a total production capacity of more than 50,000 TPA of Hot Rolled Steel products.
 
The company has collaborated with Henningsdorder Stahl Engg., GMBH, Germany through their associate H & K Rolling Mill Engineers Pvt. Ltd. in India for supply, installation and commissioning of the THERMEX® system which is used to manufacture high quality JJ THERMEX® TMT Bars.
 
Products

The JJ THERMEX® TMT bars produced in our plant at Wada are manufactured using advance technology.
 
Due to the superior quality nature of the bars produced using the THERMEX® system, they are popular and widely acceptable in national and international markets. These bars achieve distinct geometry to achieve higher factor of safety in construction the reason they are much better than the reinforcement bars produced by conventional method of cold twisting.
 
The THERMEX® TMT bars are available in the size range of 8 mm dia to 32 mm dia of GR-FE-415, FE-500 and FE-550, as per IS: 1786/85.
 
Each THERMEX® TMT bar produced at our plant, irrespective of meter length, carry the JJ THERMEX® mark. Our product JJ THERMEX® TMT Bars are well within the specific requirement of IS: 1786/85, confirms to other international standards such as ASTM 615 (GR 40 and GR 60), BS 4461, DIN 488, SIA-162 FRENCH Fe E 50, A 35.016 and other international standards of Reinforcement Technology.
