JCB to showcase 25 Made in India machines at Excon

Construction equipment manufacturing major JCB India to present an exciting line up of 25 Made in India machines along with technology innovations at Excon 2015. Visitors will experience machines exhibiting performance with world-class design and quality during the 5-day event scheduled between 25th and 29th November in Bengaluru.
Apart from new variants of its existing machines, JCB will also showcase the new ecoXcellence range of Backhoe Loaders. Also on display will be the JCB 220LC Xtra Tracked Excavator – a new entrant from JCB India in the 22-tonne market, the much awaited 455 ZX Wheeled Loader in the 5-tonne segment and the new Master Loader.

This year too we are showcasing our world leading products which are known for their performance, cutting-edge technology and versatility.” said Vipin Sondhi, MD and CEO, JCB India. “Visitors will be able to experience JCB Livelink, an advanced telematics system which provides real time information on service, operation and security of machines. customers and dealers will now have a better control on their equipment usage.”
In this year`s Excon, JCB will also introduce a new ecoXcellence range of Backhoe Loaders, the widely used construction equipment in India. JCB achieved a significant landmark of selling over 2,00,000 machines, this year.
JCB, at its stand of 4,500 sq mts will also have a dedicated “Innovation Centre” which will showcase a 3D film on JCB Innovation & Future Technology and will be giving a real-time experience of JCB Livelink Technology. Livelink is an innovative telematics technology that allows users to remotely monitor machines. This state-of-the-art technology provides updates regarding service alerts, operations and security by using the geo fencing and time fencing features. Customers can get SMS alerts on their mobile phones or smart devices in real time basis. “Within four months of launching this innovative technology, we have achieved a milestone of selling over 10,000 Livelink enabled machines,” the company said.
“All our products are manufactured with the philosophy of One Global Quality which means the equipment we manufacture in India can be used in any part of the world. Our ‘Made in India’ products are today exported to over 60 countries,” informed Vipin Sondhi.
