Jindal Aluminium, India’s foremost aluminium extrusion company, has unveiled its latest venture a state-of-the-art Fabrication division, reinforcing its commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions.

This development follows the successful launch of an environmentally conscious powder coating unit, aligning with the company’s focus on value-added offerings.

The Fabrication unit stands on a robust foundation, combining cutting-edge machinery and equipment with the expertise of a skilled workforce boasting over a decade of experience in precision tasks such as cutting, punching, and operating advanced four-axis machines. Aimed at overcoming challenges associated with engineered aluminium fabrication, the division promises to raise the bar in terms of quality and efficiency.

At the heart of the operation is the Four Axis Machining Center, equipped with advanced technology to facilitate a spectrum of operations, including drilling, slot milling, angle drilling, tapping, pocket milling, and grooving. Complementing this, the automated Sawing Machines, including the FOM Industries Mirage 600 and Panda 400, ensure unparalleled precision, high speed, and maximum efficiency in cutting operations. The Single Head Cutting Saw offers versatile cut lengths, while the Punching Machine, featuring an in-house design punching die tool and an auto feeding system, provides services such as slot punching, pocket punching, and hole punching.
