Tremco’s revolutionary moisture triggered technology, used in TREMproof 250GC and Dymonic 100, uses available moisture to trigger/accelerate the cross-linking process to ensure complete curing of the waterproofing barrier / sealants. TREMproof 250GC
This cold fluid-applied elastomeric modified polyurethane waterproofing membrane is rapid-curing, high solids, VOC-compliant and can be applied to damp or green concrete. It is a one-part moisture-curing elastomer available in two viscosities: self- leveling and roller.

TREMproof 250GC can be applied in as little as 24 hours following the removal of concrete forms. It can also be applied to damp concrete, reducing the delays associated with rain or other sources of moisture. The unique ability to catalyse with water when desired will speed cure times, especially in cold temperatures and low relative humidity, to further condense the construction schedule. It can be applied at a rate of up to 3 mm in a single lift to speed application without sacrificing performance. It can also be applied in multiple lifts to achieve a 6mm, high- build system when maximum protection is required.

TREMproof 250GC is highly elastomeric, adheres well, has a high crack bridging ability and can remain exposed to UV for about a month, before it needs to be covered. This makes it the material of choice to continue waterproofing during the monsoons.

Dymonic100
Dymonic 100 is a high-performance, high-movement (-50 to +100 per cent), single-component, low-VOC, UV-stable, non-sag polyurethane sealant. Dymonic 100 is a durable, flexible sealant that offers excellent performance in moving joints and adheres tenaciously once fully cured. Typical applications include expansion and control joints, precast concrete panel joints, perimeter caulking (windows, doors, and panels), aluminum, masonry and vinyl siding. It is also effective as a fluid applied flashing material in rough opening perimeters for fenestration/window, door and curtain wall applications. It adheres to green and damp concrete, shows outstanding sag resistance when used in wide joints, shows excellent weathering characteristics, is non-yellowing and paintable.
