Kirby India reaches 300,000 MT capacity with Halol plant expansion

Kirby Building Systems India’s Halol expansion doubles output to 100,000 MT, brings the overall capacity to 300,000 MT, and demonstrates the company’s PEB leadership and dedication to innovation and sustainability.

Kirby Building Systems India opened its 50,000 MT capacity extension at Halol, Gujarat, on October 24, 2024. In 15 months after the facility’s inception in February 2023, the company’s Halol Pre-Engineered Steel Building (PEB) capacity doubled to 100,000 MT per year. This milestone allows Kirby India to achieve a total installed capacity of 300,000 MT per year when combined with the two facilities in Hyderabad and Haridwar, each with a 100,000 MT installed capacity.

The three cutting-edge facilities are strategically located in the south, north, and west, with the newest plant at Halol featuring advanced fabrication technologies such as CNC Laser Cutting Machine, CNC Plasma Cutting Machine, CNC Drilling Machine, CNC Controlled Laser Guided Welding Machine, and other equipment. These modern machines give our customers high-quality products, with speedier delivery that reliably keep projects on track.

The expansion was opened by Mahmoud Samara, CEO, alongside Hashim Gillani, President – of Industrial Group, Yogesh Kumar, Vice President of Finance—Retail & Industrial, and other senior management members from Alghanim Industries and Kirby India.
