Kjellberg introduces its latest plasma cutting system Q 4500

The pioneer in plasma cutting technology showcased new developments at EuroBLECH 2022.

Kjellberg Finsterwalde is one of the leading manufacturers of plasma cutting systems, welding electrodes and welding techniques. The latest Q-Series from the company combines precision plasma cutting at the highest level with the complex requirements of Industry 4.0. At the recently concluded event EuroBLECH 2022, Kjellberg presented the latest edition of the Q-Series: Q 4500.

The product has a cutting current range of 450 A, the most powerful system for digitalised productions. It combines precise plasma cutting and marking at the best level and enables the user to make precise plasma cuts up to 120 mm. High cutting speeds reduce costs and increase efficiency.

The browser-based HMI Q-Desk developed by Kjellberg provides real-time process data and information on all system components on standard devices independent of location. Users can transfer and process all data using the MQTT protocol through the Ethernet interface. The company’s eService ensures reliability in production through remote diagnostics, remote monitoring and regular updates.
