KYB-CONMAT launches advanced construction elevator

KYB-CONMAT, a subsidiary of $ 4 billion KYB Corporation of Japan, announced the launch of “Rack and Pinion Construction Elevator” at Excon 2015.
The new elevator range fits in all type of industrial and construction applications. It comes with specially designed control system to move men and material up to 3,200 kg and height up to 200 metres when required.
With the inclusion of construction elevators, KYB-CONMAT will be in a position to offer a comprehensive concrete equipment portfolio to its loyal and growing customer in building segment. “Our rack and pinion elevators have been designed considering Indian working conditions and global safety standards. It offers efficiency, safety, reduced energy consumption and minimise operating costs,” the company statement said.
Apart from launching the new elevator range, KYB-CONMAT showcased its following new generation products: CRP 1200 stationary concrete batching plant: A powerful construction concrete batching plant with low maintenance cost, intelligent PLC-based automatic controls with SCADA, ideal for large construction applications.
CRP 600 stationary concrete batching plant: Fully automatic PLC control system with SCADA for inventory management and different report generation. Any types of faults and errors are diagnosed by the control system, ideal for mid size construction applications.
CBP 250M IL3 mobile concrete batching plant: Fully mobile and PLC controlled batching plant with twin shaft technology, ideal for small construction applications.
Road and canal paving machines: Exclusive range of standard and customised high performance, user-friendly concrete paving machines for roads and canals, coupled with energy efficient electrical drive system provide better operator comfort and increase productivity.
MR 70 and MR 80 transit mixers: With slave engines and PTO, low slump handling and high discharge capacity, offer excellent geometric volume and operating cost.
