Established in the year 1972, Lakshmi Precision Screws Ltd., located in Rohtak (Haryana) is one of the global leaders for manufacturing high tensile precision fasteners and cold forged components. It has joint ventures, license agreements, and alliances with different fastening companies. The company caters to the needs of various sectors such as wind energy, oil & gas, locomotives, auto- mobiles, agriculture equipment (tractors), machine building and different industrial and its sub-con items. The company set up another plant in the year 1993 keeping in view the growing global demand. In addition to this it also set up two more units; one in Rohtak and another in Industrial Modal Town, Manesar. Spread across over and area on 1,00,000 square meters, all the four units have a total production capacity of 25,000 metric tons (MT) per annum.

The products are divided in 2 segments, viz. Standard Products and Special Products. Standard products consist of a wide range of cold forged high tensile fasteners over 7,000 varieties covering the diameter range of M1.3 to M30 and the length range of 6mm to 300 mm. Products like bolts & screws ( hex head, socket head, square head etc), pins (taper pins, parallel pins etc), nuts and Allen key come under the standard products. Its special products are made for wind energy ( anchor bush, hammer, wedges, hop dip galanised high strenght hex bolt, automobiles, locomotives, construction etc.
Lakshmi Precision Screws is one of the largest exporters of fasteners in India. Its 35 per cent of the total sales is contributed from the products exported to a range of countries such as United States of America (USA), Australia, Canada, Denmark, Dubai, France, Germany, Hong-Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Sweden etc. The Company is a partner of the Global Fastener Alliance (GFA).
