What effects are the current infrastructure trends having on your company?
Rising consumer awareness and adoption of waterproofing products will promote positive growth in India. Due to their ease of use and cost-effectiveness, liquid waterproofing materials are predicted to have a larger market share than sheet waterproofing membranes in the rapidly developing technology and construction era.

How do you ensure that your staff receives proper on-site training and skill development?
Regular training and skill development are looked into. As a part of the training team for the Waterproofers Association of India, we organise regular training sessions and workshops for our employees as well as civil engineers working in the same field. Our labour force is well-trained in the application of various construction chemicals. In general, waterproofing costs are inversely correlated with effectiveness.

What is the demand for environment-friendly solutions in epoxy and floor coatings?
As per the recent ISC codes, it’s preferable to use environmentally friendly materials that are not toxic and do not release dangerous gases during applications. The new technology in applications also helps make them more user-friendly.

What are the new developments in materials and technologies for floor coatings?
New generation Epoxy flooring is introduced, as are acrylic, polyurethane, polyurea, hybrid polyurea, acrylic, and urethane-based combinations. Acrylic and cement-based combinations have been introduced recently. Since PU flooring products dry up quicker than epoxy flooring materials, they are a suitable option for projects that must be completed quickly. However, because of their shorter pot life, PU flooring materials must be applied by skilled applicators, so it is essential to use a professional.

What is the demand trend for epoxy-based coating solutions?
Epoxy-based coatings are highly in demand, but newer-generation materials, such as polyurethane screeds, are also used. We have undertaken repairs by epoxy grout and epoxy mortar in 4 bridges on the Southern Railway.

What are the key products and solutions offered?
Epoxy-based flooring is being used in the pharmaceutical, industrial, and food industries. Where high compressive strength and abrasion resistance are required, epoxy or polyurethane screed systems are used. In decorative flooring, either epoxy-based terrazzo or ceramic tile is highly used, such as in airports, hotels, or high-end residential buildings.
