New 21-tonne medium range excavator- 921 DI
LiuGong India is launching new 21-tonne medium range excavator- 921 DI manufactured in India from Pithampur plant. This new excavator is made in India and made for world. It has best-in-class performance with low owning and operating cost. “LiuGong is well known for tough equipment for tough world. 921 DI is a heavy duty excavator. To boost the fuel efficiency 921 DI is designed with a negative flow hydraulics, that optimises the main control valve and cylinders to improves the speed of equipment while working and reducing down on the hydraulic system’s pressure loss, leads to increase in fuel efficiency. The synchronisation between pilot valves and main control valve offers precise control,” says Nischal Mehrotra, Director – Sales & Marketing, LiuGong India Pvt Ltd.

Soil compactor model 611 BSIII
LiuGong India is launching vibratory soil compactor model 611 BSIII, designed keeping in mind the unique working conditions of India. The model features a cab that offers better visibility and ergonomically placed controls for the operator. The 3-grade absorption rubber used in the model helps in reducing the vibration felt by the operator.

The market for soil compactors in India has been growing at a steady pace. An estimated 4,000 units of compactors are being sold in India annually in the recent few years, out of which roughly about 50 per cent are soil compactors. Whether it is asphalt compactors or soil compactors, the trend that has been witnessed in the Indian compaction market is the movement towards vibratory compaction from the earlier predominantly static rollers. Mehrotra feels that the technology helps send pressure waves into the soil surface in different directions leading to the particles achieving a dense state of orientation. Just as in the case of the other types of construction equipment, contractors have realised that the initial higher capital investment is bound to pay-off in the long run, given the cost savings achieved due to the lesser number of passes.

921DI Excavator
Additional buffer valve is provided for smooth hydraulic operation. High breakout forces of bucket, arm and high torque of powerful swing motor have reduced the swing cycle time considerably in 921 DI. All main components of 921 DI are from renowned global sources like – Cummins, Kawasaki, Rother de etc.

LiuGong CLG 921 DI is equipped with the advanced auto idling system, that is when machine is not at work, auto idle system lowers the engine RPM to optimum RPM which results in saving the machine fuel. Additionally to overcome such challenges, LiuGong strives on regular training of operators at customer site.

611 Soil Compactor
