Global construction equipment manufacturer LiuGong Machinery Corp. presented three new machines at the Excon 2011. The machines are produced from LiuGong’s Pitampura plant in Indore, meet Bharat State III emissions standards and are specifically adapted for the region, making LiuGong among the first global manufacturers to deliver tier BSIII machines to the Indian market. 
LiuGong displayed its CLG835BSIII and CLG856BSIII wheel loaders, and CLG414BSIII motor grader, among other machines. As one of the largest wheel loader manufacturers in the world, LiuGong has had more than 50 years to perfect its design and technology.

Whether transporting pallets of supplies or buckets of material has to be done, LiuGong’s 835BSIII wheel loader/tool carrier can smoothly handle any job. LiuGong 835BSIII weighs in at 11,200 kg and has a payload capacity of 3,500 kg, 500 kg more than the previous model. The 835BSIII has a powerful, water-cooled Cummins India engine and offers 92 kw rated power that produces 101 kN of breakout force to aggressively dig deep and fast into any heap of loose materials.
The 835BSIII’s smooth parallel linkage configuration offers a full 40-degree turn tipping load of 7550 kG. The design offers excellent visibility to the bucket edge and its surrounding job site. LiuGong use their own BS305 transmission in the machine – it gives a travel speed of up to 36 km/h around the job site. 
Regular maintenance is easy with an electronically raised hood. Features include hydraulics offerings priority steering and unload systems; caliper disc brakes, a low brake pressure warning signal. The 835BSIII deluxe operator station is featured with an enclosed FOPS/ROPS cab with standard heating and air-conditioning, a fully adjustable seat.  All operator controls are located on a single lever pilot joystick control. Safety features includes, backup alarm and optional boom hoist cylinder braces.
