UPM PMT Rainy Patch: Cold mix bagged solution for instant pothole filling
UPM PMT Rainy Patch is designed to provide both cohesion (rock to rock) and adhesion (repair material to pothole wall) at temperatures. It migrates into the adjacent pothole wall creating the asphalt network between the repair material and wall. UPM PMT Rainy Patch provides load bearing stability while remaining flexible below the surface.

Cimline crack sealing equipment for asphalt and concrete pavements
Crack sealing is the first line of attack in a pavement maintenance program. Studies indicate that the longest lasting method is performed in 3 steps:
• Prep the crack with either a router or random crack saw. This opens up the crack, creates a reservoir and preps the edge for better bonding. The most common approach is saw concrete, rout asphalt.
• Clean the crack with dry, clean compressed air or for the best results, use a heat lance. A heat lance removes not only dirt but moisture and vegetation. The heat lance also heats the old surface which helps in bonding with the new sealant.
• Seal the crack with a quality polymer modified brand name rubberised hot-pour sealant. Hot-pour sealant is proven to last up to 10 times longer the cold applied products in flexible pavements.

Milling with in-situ recycling and soil stabilisation equipment
These machines are widely used for small to medium sized milling projects, which include milling city streets prior to overlay and in-place recycling of parking lots and more. Wheel loader RoadHogs are offered in cutting widths from 40 inches up to 96 inches. Power is transferred to the drum via a belt drive and planetary reduction gearbox, which efficiently provides maximum torque under load.

TRAILrider (TM mounted mini concrete slipform pavers)
The TRAILrider slipform paver is towed behind either a concrete truck or a piece of equipment. The TRAILrider requires no motor, and have very few moving parts, but is extremely versatile. This unit are bolt together to allow widths from 4 to 15 and will pave between a 3 and 8 in depth.

GSB-88: Gilsonite Sealer and Binder
GSB-88 is Linnhoff’s flagship product. This gilsonite based, environmentally friendly and versatile emulsion enhances, seals, and extends the life of asphalt at a low cost per square yard. It is applied on pavements ranging from high-speed state highways to parking lots, city streets, county roads, and more than 500 military and civil airport runways.
