Could you inform me about the products shown during bauma 2023?

We displayed our Inline, Bevel helical, Parallel Shaft, Planetary Gear Boxes and Geared motors. We are also displaying our Mixture series Geared Motors used for Concrete/Asphalt mixing.  Precision and High accuracy in manufacturing are crucial because these geared motors are typically utilised to drive twin shafts in mixtures.  Furthermore, these are Bevel Helical with case carburised, Hardened & Ground constitute the product’s distinguishing feature.

What impact do you expect the evolving infrastructure market to have on your business?

These gearboxes are mechanical transmission products that connect to the electrical motor.  The Products should be more efficient which will help industries to save Power.  We are Supplying Motors with IE2/IE3 as per Government specified norms together with gear boxes which are manufactured with the latest technology CNC Machines. We are in this field for 50+ years located in Anand, Gujarat.

Could you tell us about the kind of customers you serve?

We are active in almost all industrial segments like Steel, Sugar, Cement, Power Generation etc. We are also more prominent in the Construction segment with Products like Inline, Heli Bevel, and Mixture series geared motors used in various construction equipment.

What innovations can we expect from Powerbuild in the coming years?

We will be releasing two products. We are currently working on a planetary-geared motor series. At present, we are supplying Planetary series up to 65000NM Torque which will get enhanced with the new series from 800NM to 2,50,000NM. Also, we have introduced Decentralised Drive Geared Motors with VFD which is locally controllable. We now offer up to 7.5Kw Range. We are also offering VFD Panels, MCC Panels, Servo suitable Gear boxes etc.. as a part of our Drive & Automation solution.
