Putzmeister announces the launch of the new 120 cu.m./hr Batching Plant MT-3.0

Putzmeister is proud to launch the new Batching Plant, MT-3.0 to meet the growing demands of its customers. Built to handle mass concreting requirements for large infrastructure projects such as construction of roads and highways, dams and reservoirs, metro rails and large building projects. With an output capacity of 120 cu.m/hr, the MT-3.0 is also well equipped to meet the requirements of ready mix concrete manufacturers.

The MT – 3.0 is packed with features allowing for high volume productivity, ease in operations, maintenance, a clean and safe working environment. With the mission to meet customer needs and the backing of 60 years of experience in concrete pumping, this plant has been developed by the Putzmeister R&D team for not only meeting but exceeding requirements of all stakeholders in the concreting industry.

Mix more and mix faster
An efficient and reliable 3 cu.m. twin shaft mixer coupled with an intermediate aggregate hopper for storage guarantees a higher productivity in lesser time. The modular design of the plant allows for faster installation and dismantling.

Maximum flexibility and efficiency
The MT-3.0 gives customers the flexibility to increase or decrease the number of aggregate bins. A top weighing system for cement, water, and fly-ash ensures accuracy at all times. The robust structure of the plant enables it to be easily moved from one location to the next.

Maintenance has never been easier
Maintenance is easier with separate operation and maintenance platforms in the plant module and the inclined belt conveyor. Thanks to highly resistant wear plates the plant can also handle different types of concrete.

Environment and employee friendly
The MT-3.0 is equipped with environment friendly features, such as the airbag for deaeration of the mixer and the hood for the inclined belt conveyor belt ensuring a cleaner aggregate movement. Separate operation and maintenance platforms, and the safety pull chord switch belt also make the plant safe for people working on it.

Knowledge transfer via a great service module
Putzmeister provides thorough, individual training seminars, hence making an important contribution to safety and economic efficiency in operating batching plants. This helps customers keep their Putzmeister batching plant in good working condition. Putzmeister Service engineers are available around the clock and the training modules ensure that operators are trained when a newly purchased batching plant is handed over. Additionally, Putzmeister offers training courses for maintenance and service staff to keep their knowledge up-to-date. This can take place in Putzmeister in-house academy facilities or on the customer’s premises.

Putzmeister has previously launched two other batching plants, the MT–1.0 with an output of 60 cu.m./hr, and the MT–0.5 with an output of 30 cu.m./hr.
