Nav Nirman to highlight its cost competitive H-10 Beam

Nav Nirman Formwork Systems Pvt. Ltd. formerly known as Nav Nirman Beam Technics was established in 2003 with a vision of providing the best engineering wood and project wood consultancy to the growing construction industry in India. Its objective is to expand the original value chain of round timber by way of cut timber and to widen and optimise the application thereof.
It provides consultancy services for the construction industry and other involved with the use of wood products. Over the years, Nav Nirman has moved up the value chain with diverse offerings, challenging projects and acquired impressive clients.
Nav Nirman has its manufacturing plant located in Hyderabad. The company has state-of-the-art-infrastructure facility and its own quality control team as well that looks after the quality aspect by inspecting the material at every stage of the production.
Expectations
The Government change in the centre has brought positive sentiment in the business. The confidence level has gone up. Many projects which were stalled are getting approval which is a good sign for the industry. In addition, FDI in construction industry is a very positive reform in the industry deprived of funds.
Keeping all this in mind Mr Patel says, “bC India Expo will be a great platform for the exhibitors and visitors to engage and know about the latest offering of products.”
The company would be showcasing its entire range of products at the bC India Expo. The main highlight will be its new product which is designed for the affordable housing, low cost housing.

With low cost housing being the agenda of the new Government, H-10 Beam is expected to meet the two important requirements i.e. cost and quality standards.
Products to be showcased
The company will showcase its range of products i.e. H-10 Beam, H-16 Beam and H-20 Beam. Apart from this, it would also showcase its after sales service, skill development programme on H-Beams.
The objective of the programme is to bring awareness in handling and maintenance of H-Beams. It will also help in proper utilisation of its products – H-Beams.
New launch
Nav Nirman will be launching its new product – ‘H-10 Beam’ which is considered as the replacement of wooden runner.
With the existing product, the company is able to cater to the larger constructions. “With the introduction of H-10 Beam we will also be catering to the lighter constructions where there is still huge usage of wooden runner. In fact, the company’s motive is to completely replace the wooden runner with an engineered wood,” Mr Patel said.
