L-Type (90-degree) customised RSP
According to Vadukiya, L -Type RSP is also very useful machine for accessing corner or edges side external walls of buildings. In some cases this machine is very useful to cover reed structures of building also. New Age introduced this machine first time at Grand Central by L&T, Navi Mumbai where the job was to fix glasses on external side of buildings. The working on RSP was not easy task due to the 900 mm curve shape reeds on multiple locations on external walls. The normal RSP (ZLP-800: 7.5-metre) was not useful at all locations. So the challenge was to cover reed areas. Even installation of suspension mechanism was also difficult on terrace areas due to the building’s structure. The normal length of Front Beam Overhang (1.3-1.7 metres) was failure to cover reed areas. Then New Age designed L-shaped RSP and completed the project successfully. Time to time technical supports and training was provided by New Age for safe and easy operation. The same design of gondolas also provided at Simplex Infrastructures Ltd, Bangalore and Castle Royale Phase III, Bapodi, Pune site.

Technical parameters for customised gondolas
Square shape machine is designed with three-set hoist motors with customised platforms (size 2,200 x 2,200 mm). Higher quality of material, branded electrical parts and advance safety features are added with the machines, informs Vadukiya. The machines are hot deep galvanised; totally balanced and safe in operation with required loading capacity. The third party safety inspection agency also approved the safety parameters.

The L-shape (90-degree) RSP is best for accessing corner or edges side external walls of buildings. The platform is also galvanised with 2 sets hoist motors and with advance safety features. The centre angle is 900 mm x 900 mm and both side additional platform of 1 metre and 1 metre. So the platform’s total length is 1,900 mm x 1,900 mm. The platform is in W-Shape hanging mechanism for easiness the work at corner side also.
