Nut crimping: zero reduction in oil flow
Ritech nut crimping ensures zero flow reduction. If the flow is restricted, as of ordinary nut crimping, back pressure develops and the oil gets heated. This result in lower efficiency of the equipment and the chances of leakage is very high. Whereas, in Ritech nut crimping there is zero reduction in oil flow and the equipment works at 100 per cent efficiency without any chance of its failure or leakage.

Inter lock
The construction of the end fittings are specially designed to have metal to metal and rubber to metal mating in the sleeve and nipple of the hose end fittings as the same interacts and locks before crimping the hose assembly. This ensure double safety and the company assure that the life of the hose assembly will be one and half times more than the normal life which has been a field report from various valuable customers.

The company ensure that the quality is consistently maintained and well documented of all the operations in the shop floor. Pre-check of the raw material and the post-check of the hydraulic hose assembly are as per SAE and DIN standards.
