Can you brief us about your key formworks profile? 

Paschal’s Modular system is unique product which can be used in any segments, however our system is proven record of well used in infrastructure project like Roads, Water supply, Irrigation, Intake well, Hydro power, Thermal power, Nuclear power etc, and already executed structures like Piers, Box culverts, VUP / RUP & VOP, Clariflocculator etc. Because of our product Rigidity and flexibility and our product combination of smaller panel help to assemble in construction site without crane also, and it can be handled by crane as a big unit (Approx. 25sq.M) in single shot.

What are the smart and sustainable features of your formworks? 

Paschal Modular system is more flexible in nature and combination of panel help to do the construction in a better way without adding any customisation part. Our simple and unique connection technology called “KEYBOLT” accessories make formwork assemble and Dismantle work in construction project so fast with self-alignment. Further our system designed such a way that any concrete cross section of 100mm to 3000mm or more, without requirement of any additional soldier supports. Paschal’s all products designed with Green concept. Plywood can use 300 times and steel frame can use 20 years.

What makes your products/solution the most preferred in the segment? 

Well! Paschal’s any product is designed to use for multipurpose hence all our products are standard which can use to any segmental projects. Mainly our standard panel maximum suits projects requirements and we totally try to avoid use of customised product, if some special project need customised shutters our design team design such a way that use the standard products and add very minimal of customised shutters. 

Brief about the latest technologies and solutions you have adopted recently. 

RFID chip is enable our panels which help to track the history of the usage of product life, logistics, and robotic inventory management system. Apart Paschal have Matrix, PPL software solutions, which saves lot of time and money. Further we have refurbishment facility in our Vishakhapatnam factory this unique features helps our customers to use their existing inventory even usage of 10years+. We have recently received old panels to our factory for servicing, thru RFID chip we have identified that we had supplied 10 years before, after servicing same panel they can use for another 10 years.

What are your investment plans for the coming years? 

Yes as a Germany formwork manufacturing company in India (We / Paschal) we see lot of positive business possibilities in near future, hence we have invested lot of new machineries to cater more volume as a production point of view. Apart we always serve to our customers with utmost care, hence we build their trust for the business relationship which we feel that is also our investments.
