We also offer project based, customisable construction machinery solutions. Our brand is known for its high-performing quality machines and our user friendly approach for over 50 years in India. Our Asphalt Paver Finisher Machines have successfully worked in tough conditions on several reputed projects in India and on foreign land for several decades. Aligning with the government norms, we came up with the UWP series of asphalt pavers using BS4 engines and developed two models, namely, UWP3A and UWP03, all developed as per all the Central Motor Vehicle Act (CMVA) norms. Moreover, our machines are tested and certified by the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI).

The UWP series is equipped with a 74.5 hp Kirloskar water-cooled electric start diesel engine. It has salient features like hydrostatic transmission for traction and a hydraulic drive system for conveyor. There are no clutches and only two gears, low for work and high for travel. It avoids the grimness and breakdowns of conventional mechanical paving.

Our UWP series are with upgraded technology, added safety features, low maintenance costs. This all as a quality product helps our customers to minimise their project costs. Design and capacity features are: laying capacity of 150 TPH; basic paving width of 2.5 meters, which is hydraulically extendable up to 4.5 metres; suitable for laying bituminous, wet mix, GSB and DLC material with a laying thickness up to 200 mm; double-sided operator seats with sliding control panel; two types of brakes for better working visibility; emergency controls; reverse conveyor movement, socket for material control system, manual override for conveyor, thickness adjustment with scale, and many more. Model UWP3A is equipped with MOBA, a German-made electronic sensor device for slope and grade control. We are getting appreciation and positive feedback from all our customers. 

We, at Uniter, have designed manufactured, supplied and successfully commissioned the paver Model VP-05-D, the tandem roller Model UT-45 and the PTR Model UNTR-7 for paving and compacting on parabolic surfaces, including the transit portion of the test track. The machinery has given satisfactory results and completed the projects successfully. Needless to say, this machinery is the first in India and very few manufacturers provide this solution internationally.
