Ozonetek Offers ozone generators for water treatment with capacities ranging from 10 g/h to several kgs/h for water treatment. All the ozone generators are based on corona discharge technology. The feed gas for all ozone generators for water treatment is oxygen. The oxygen is provided using oxygen concentrators procured from the market. For higher capacity ozone generators, LOX (Liquid Oxygen) from reputed gas supply companies directly at site by the clients is recommended. While lower capacity ozone generators are air cooled, the higher capacity ozone generators are water cooled requiring closed loop water chillers. Water chillers are procured from the market based on specific requirements. Size, weight and power consumption of ozone generators vary with capacity. Most ozone generators are offered in combination with other accessories as per customer requirement and varies with individual applications.                                                                                                                                         
Accessories offered for application of ozone for water treatment:
·         Ozone injecting system – Consists a high pressure SS 316 pump followed by a SS 316 venturi injector and a SS 316 static mixer, all mounted on a SS 304 skid. This is used for injecting ozone in to water as well as dissolving it. A contact tank can be connected to the skid to get the desired contact time based on the application. Any size or capacity based on the application can be offered.
·         Ozone contacting system – Consists a built-in ozone injecting system with a SS 316 contact tank with in-built- radial diffuser, specially designed water inlet, etc. to inject, dissolve and also contact ozone in water for the desired time period to complete the ozone reaction. Any size or capacity based on application can be offered.
·         Vent ozone destructor – This is a thermal ozone destructor designed with high efficiency heat transfer system to destroy the vent ozone from a ozone based water treatment system. Undissolved ozone gas should be destroyed before letting the vent gases out in to the surrounding. The vent of the contacting system is connected to the ozone destructor to destroy any ozone on the escaping vent gases. Any size or capacity based on application can be offered.
·         Instrumentation system – Any type of instrumentation system based on customer        requirement can be offered including the control panel for the entire ozone plant, or any other automated function or display required for any individual requirement can be incorporated in the ozone system or can be offered as stand alone.
                                                                                                                    
Ozone generators for air treatment:Ozonetek offers ozone generators for air treatment with capacities ranging from 100 mg/h several hundred g/h. The low capacity ozone generators are air fed ozone generators, whereas higher capacities in the range of 10 g/h and above are oxygen fed ozone generators. The oxygen is provided using oxygen concentrators procured from the market. The 100 mg/h and 200 mg/h ozone generators for air treatment have in-built mini air recirculation fans which take in ambient air from the surrounding and give out air with a small percentage of ozone in it. These can be mounted on the wall or on shelves at a height not less than 8 ft. from the floor.
The larger than 200 mg/h ozone generators for air treatment are provided with built-in mini oil free air compressors and which give out very low concentration ozone output from a PTFE tube for injecting directly in an air handling ducting. From here, ozone mixed with air is distributed in the area catered to by the air handling unit through the existing ducting.
Accessories offered for application of ozone for water treatment:
The main accessory offered for application of ozone in air is to control the ambient ozone to not to exceed the stipulated level of 0.08 ppm or 80 ppb for continuous human exposure is Ambient Ozone Monitors from reputed manufacturers with full service back-up. These monitors can be offered in single version for controlling one or more ozone generators for air treatment. The desired set levels of ozone in air are set and it controls the ozone generator to operate between these limits. Higher versions of these controllers for integration with other instrumentation and control equipment can also be offered.
As in ozone generators for water treatment, any type of instrumentation system based on customer requirement can be offered including any automated function or display required for any individual requirement can be incorporated in the ozone system or can be offered as stand alone.
